My Role
As part of a collaborative team, developed program strategy and led full-cycle instructional design, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment from analysis to delivery.
Deliverable
An immersive, cohort-based leadership development program that combines a series of virtual and in-person sessions with real life practice and guided reflection to reshape how leaders think, act, and influence.
Outcome
Increased engagement and productivity for 200 leaders globally, achieving 90% satisfaction score and adoption of actionable insights in daily roles.
