Oversaw the complete instructional design process—gathering guidance from leadership, developing curriculum, guiding a vendor through module creation, incorporating iterative feedback, and delivering a successful launch.
Deliverable
A 90-minute eLearning module that clarifies the managerial role, how to guide team members through the employee lifecycle, and provide support at critical moments to become more effective leaders.
Outcome
Increased awareness and skills across the employee lifecycle, enabling more engaged and effective teams. Achieved rapid global rollout in 10 languages, meeting completion goals within 90 days.
