Objective

Equip the sales team of a global online education platform to engage enterprise clients through more consultative conversations, enabling them to uncover needs and position products and services with greater impact.

My Role

Reviewed existing sales materials and workflows, then designed standardized templates and tools to bring alignment and consistency across the team.

Deliverable

A structured intake form and guided question sets to support qualification, discovery, and scoping conversations with clients.

Outcome

Improved consistency and efficiency in how opportunities were scoped, enabling the sales team to uncover client needs more effectively and present tailored solutions with confidence.
